Why we use rattan wood sticks
At the heart of rattan's eco-friendly nature lies its source: the rattan palm. This vine-like plant grows abundantly in tropical regions, primarily in Southeast Asia, and is known for its rapid growth rate and regenerative properties.
Instructions
Set Up:
Remove the cap from the bottle and insert the rattan sticks into the opening. Make sure they are fully submerged in the fragrance oil.
Initial Diffusion:
Allow the rattan sticks to absorb the fragrance oil for about 1-2 hours. During this time, the oil will travel up the sticks and start to diffuse the scent into the air.
Placement:
Choose a suitable location for your reed diffuser. Ideally, place it in a central area of the room where there is good air circulation, such as on a table or shelf.
Flipping Sticks:
To enhance the scent throw, gently flip the rattan sticks every 3-7 days. This helps to refresh the fragrance and ensure continuous diffusion.
Safety:
Place the reed diffuser on a stable surface to avoid spills. Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources, as these can cause the oil to evaporate more quickly.

Every order is hand-packed with love for you and is shipped within 1-2 working days. We offer free shipping for orders over 50CHF. Otherwise, shipping is 8CHF.
Returns
You can easily return your product within 30 days of receipt without questions asked. The products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We are a donation-based business. This means that we donate a big part to wildlife protection for each order and are therefore unable to offer free return shipping. However, we understand that sometimes items are returned, and we provide a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return policy.
How to proceed with returns
To initiate a return, email or message us with your order number and that you would like to return the product. We will respond within 12-24 hours with the shipping information. Once we receive the undamaged original product, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged products
If a damaged product arrives, please contact us as soon as possible with a picture of the damaged product via email or WhatsApp. We will send a replacement immediately or provide an alternative product of the same value based on the customer's preference.

The setup
Allow the rattan sticks to absorb the fragrance oil for about 1-2 hours. During this time, the oil will travel up the sticks and start to diffuse, creating a pleasant and continuous aroma in your space.

Within Switzerland, your package should arrive within 1-2 business days. If we hand over your package to Swiss Post before 3 p.m., it typically arrives the next day; otherwise, it may take 2 business days.
