Every order is hand-packed with love for you and is shipped within 3-5 working days. We offer free shipping for orders over 50CHF. Otherwise, shipping is 8CHF.

Returns
You can easily return your product within 30 days of receipt without questions asked. The products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We are a donation-based business. This means that we donate a big part to wildlife protection for each order and are therefore unable to offer free return shipping. However, we understand that sometimes items are returned, and we provide a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return policy.

How to proceed with returns
To initiate a return, email or message us with your order number and that you would like to return the product. We will respond within 12-24 hours with the shipping information. Once we receive the undamaged original product, we will issue a full refund.

Damaged products
If a damaged product arrives, please contact us as soon as possible with a picture of the damaged product via email or WhatsApp. We will send a replacement immediately or provide an alternative product of the same value based on the customer's preference.

Our candles are crafted with 100% pure soy wax, ensuring a clean and long-lasting burn. As a result, our 220ml standard candles typically burn for around 50 hours, while our 120ml tin candles offer approximately 20 hours burn time.

For the best experience, be sure to follow our safety guide and candle care instructions. The candle will only burn that long if the wick is properly trimmed and the maximum burn time is observed.

100% biodegradable & water soluble
Soy wax is a biodegradable plant-based wax. Essentially, it is made up of the same biological chemicals that are found in other plant fibers. That means that it is safe for the organisms that are found in soil to decompose soy wax. Unlike many candles that use paraffin wax derived from petroleum, our candles are made from pure soy wax, which is free from toxins, phthalates, parabens, GMOs, and CMR substances.

No toxins are released when burned
Soy wax is non-toxic, meaning that when used for candles, it does not release toxins and chemicals into the air when burned, unlike paraffin wax, which is derived from petroleum and does release toxins when burned.

Clean burn and excellent scent throw
Soy wax is known for its clean burn and excellent scent throw, allowing it to burn for hours while making your home smell lovely.

The better you treat your candle, the better it will treat you!

Let the wax melt all the way across
Don't blow the candle out until the top layer of wax has melted all the way across. This might take several hours so don't set out to burn a candle unless you've got the time to do so. If not melted all the way across the candle starts to tunneling and the wick starts to sink lower.

Only burn your candle for 4 hours at a time
If you burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, carbon will collect on the wick, and your wick will begin to "mushroom." This can cause the wick to become unstable, the flame to get too large, your candle to smoke, and soot to be released into the air and around your candle container.

Trim the wood wick
Trim the wick to 5mm before each lighting. To trim the wick, carefully break it off with your fingertips or use a wick trimmer.

There is no specific time frame by which you must use your candle.

However, we recommend using the candle within a year. Otherwise, the intensity of the fragrance may be affected.

We use high-quality ingredients in our products and avoid ethanol, resulting in a more subtle scent that lasts for approximately 5 months. This careful formulation ensures a gentle, long-lasting fragrance without the overpowering effects of ethanol.

A natural and alcohol-free diffuser base offers several benefits.

It provides a subtle, long-lasting scent that can last for months, without the harshness or rapid evaporation of alcohol. This results in a purer, more authentic fragrance and contributes to better air quality. Additionally, it reduces the risk of triggering allergies and is more environmentally friendly, as it’s derived from renewable resources.

The setup
Allow the rattan sticks to absorb the fragrance oil for about 1-2 hours. During this time, the oil will travel up the sticks and start to diffuse, creating a pleasant and continuous aroma in your space.

Increase fragrance life
To extend the life of your reed diffuser, keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. Using more sticks will absorb the fragrance faster, so adjust the number according to your preferred scent strength.

Air circulation
Place your reed diffuser in an area with good air circulation to help distribute the fragrance more effectively throughout the room. Proper airflow ensures a more even and widespread aroma.

Choose a stable surface
Select a stable surface for your reed diffuser to prevent spills and accidents. A stable surface keeps the diffuser upright, allowing the fragrance oil to be evenly absorbed by the rattan sticks for consistent scent diffusion.

Flip sticks every 3-7 days
Flip the rattan sticks every 3-7 days to refresh the fragrance and ensure continuous diffusion. This exposes the saturated ends to the air, promoting a stronger and more consistent release of the scent.

How many rattan sticks are necessary
Adjust the number of sticks based on the size of the room and the desired fragrance strength. More sticks will diffuse a stronger scent, while fewer sticks will provide a subtler aroma.

Shelf-life of our reed diffusers is 2 years.

However, we recommend using the reed diffuser within a year. Otherwise, the intensity of the fragrance may be affected.
